Prices & payment

  • All prices are in euros, VAT included.
  • Payment online via Bancontact or credit card (Visa, Mastercard) through Stripe.
  • An order is final upon receipt of payment.
  • On-site payment is not available (cashless).

Pickup & delivery

  • Pickup: choose a time slot at checkout. Collect at Noorderlaan 25, 9000 Ghent.
  • Home delivery: shipping costs charged separately after preparation. Shipping via Bpost.

Right of withdrawal

  • 14 calendar days after receipt to withdraw, without giving reasons.
  • Notify us by email at secretariaat@gantoise.be.
  • Product must be returned in original condition and packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Warranty & liability

  • Legal warranty of 2 years under Belgian law.
  • For defective products: secretariaat@gantoise.be.
  • Liability limited to the order amount.

Disputes

Belgian law applies. The courts of Ghent have jurisdiction. European Online Dispute Resolution platform:
